Lodging Information
The Royal Sonesta Hotel will be the location of FOCAPO. It is located in Cambridge, MA along the Charles River overlooking beautiful Boston. Additional information about the hotel can be found at their website: www.sonesta.com/boston.
The FOCAPO room block is open for reservations. You can call their toll-free number: 800-766-3782 or 617-806-4200. Please ask for the FOCAPO room block.
The room rate for both single and double occupancy is $159 per night. There will be a $25.00 charge for each additional person (over two) in the room. There is no charge for children under 17 years or under when sharing a room with parents. You may upgrade to a Deluxe Riverview room for an additional $50.00 per night.
The cut-off date for the conference rates, is May 28th at midnight . After that date, conference rates are available ONLY on a space available basis.
These rates are available from Sunday, June 29 to Tuesday, July 1. The hotel will extend this rate for June 25, 26, 27 and 28th and for July 2 if there are rooms available, so please make your reservations early.
To avoid an individual cancellation charge equal to one night's room and tax, please notifiy the hotel of your cancellation by 6:00 pm on the day PRIOR to your arrival. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number and retain this number for your files.

Check-out Time: 12:00 noon
An early departure fee of $25.00 will be assessed to any guest departing earlier than the date confirmed and the fee will be automatically posted on your guestroom bill.
